In China, you're stuck with one ID photo for ten years... sucks for the young women who get their ID photos taken at 18 (by a police officer who can't care less), and have that photo be their entry ticket to the world as they meet potential employers, colleagues friends, landlords... Pantene invites a group of women in Shanghai to retake their ID photos, and this simple act turns into a document of change in the formative years of these women's lives.
